These are currently the main types of commissions I’m officially offering, but feel free to ask for something else and we can talk,however, I do not do character design commissions because they take too much time that I do not have. Also, if you’d like to see me live stream drawing it, or a process video/gif of the drawing, just let me know and I can do that!
Terms of Service
General Disclaimer
I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse, reject, or cancel your commission at any stage if I feel the need to do so, without any further communication. If this does indeed happen, you will receive a full or partial refund depending on how much work has been done thus far.
Payment & Payment Plans
All payments made to me are via PayPal invoice, in USD. I accept no other method of payment. Payment is required upfront before I start drawing, but I will not ask for payment until I start drawing it. I offer payment plans as well, but a minimum payment is required before I begin the work. Prices on commission types are fixed with exceptions made for very complex characters, in which case there will be a increase in price. If there are specifics to a commission wanted that is not specified on the page as offered (ex. inks without color, shaded sketches, colorless references etc.), it can be negotiated.
Contact
Communication with me during the commissioning process will be through email. Feel free to message me at any point to ask about the status of your commission. On every commission, I will contact you in stages to ensure everything drawn is approved. You are allowed as many edits as you want during the sketching phase and I encourage you to ask for them, to ensure that you are satisfied with the final piece. When a final piece is delivered, you are allowed minor changes such as fixed mistakes, adding missing accessories, etc., but no major editing will be made without providing additional payment.
Additional Work/Edits, etc. and Other Information
I am more than happy to make changes to commissions, but please make sure you point out all or any issues you have with the sketch, because I will not continue the work until you are 100% happy with it. But this also means that you will not be able to request changes to the finished piece, unless its simple things like color or missed accessories (small details, basically). Please make sure that you’re happy with the sketch before allowing me to continue.
Visual references for characters are required; I won’t work from descriptions. It also helps to include a little bit on personality. Be sure to include any details you want in the commission prior to when I start it. Having up to date character references and making the most of letting me know of any wanted details for your commission are crucial. I use a variety of different art styles, so if there is a specific style you would like me to draw in, please let me know in advance! Otherwise, I will assume I have free reign to draw it how I see fit.
I’ll (usually) work on commissions in the order I receive them, or whatever I can get done the fastest. Feel free to ask for updates or check the Trello Board using the link at the top of the page (if available).
Completed Work Usage
Commissioners are more than welcome to post/upload the finished artwork to their own galleries, or to crop them down to make avatars/icons etc.
All images MUST be given credit, if you post the work, please either credit me or link to my Tumblr, Twitter, or Instagram page. As the artist, I still maintain rights/copyright to the artwork I complete regardless of commissioner ownership.
As the artist I have the right to post commissions I complete (but will respect any wishes that they be kept private and not post them), and that I can use them as examples if needed for future work.
Commissioners may NOT use my artwork for commercial use. Regardless of payments and commissioner ownership, I still maintain rights to the artwork, but I do not maintain any rights to the characters depicted in it, of course.
Commissioners may NOT use my artwork for generative AI. This includes any and all image generators or prompters, large language models (LLMs), or anything else that involves the use of "AI". They may not be uploaded to or altered by an AI, and they may not be used as inspiration for AI prompts.
Refunds
Refunds are to be discussed on a case-by-case basis. If by happenstance an unpreventable emergency crops up and you need the money back, I will gladly refund you prior to any work having been done on your commission. Commissions that have been completed will not be refunded.
